As already announced, there should be another edition of the girls' evening. However, with an unexpected twist. Because my better half told me that I was ostracizing her and why Nicole would always do things without her. I had always made sure not to bother her with it, and tried to avoid that she has to separate Christian and Nicole, but I was probably wrong. So the planning started. It quickly became clear that the other two would end up meeting in the evening after work. For my part, I wanted to take the chance and give Nicole more time. One of my old plans was a tour to Rüdesheim, which I never completed. I still liked the idea, so the next part was decided. There were also ideas for the outfit. The cloth given and the red nail polish were set, and with it the motto - red. Red patent leather pumps were still missing in my closet and a dear friend had told me several times that I should be a little more colourful. Maybe I shouldn't have been so colorful right away. With the pumps, a red turtleneck sweater and a red handbag, I was clearly noticeable, even the dark blue jeans didn't help.
I picked up the rental car again as Christian, then I got ready and we drove to Rüdesheim. Through the old town to the cable car, up to the monument and back again, another round through the old town and then by car to Hanau. As expected, the cobblestones were again a bit of a challenge. But the wind didn't make it easy for us either. Taking pictures when your hair is constantly hanging in your face is also difficult. The great weather had drawn a lot of people out, too many for my liking, but despite some odd looks, I went through with the program.
As expected, the evening was more relaxed. In the now larger circle of girls, with some non-alcoholic sparkling wine and then a delicious meal, I could just be Nicole. An absolutely brilliant day and another step in Nicole's emancipation and development. If someone had asked me before Basel whether I would go on such an excursion, I would have collapsed laughing. But it should go further. About that next time or the third girls' night out.
Until then
Your Nicole
